By participating in the contest organized by Palapa Marina, hereinafter referred to as the “Contest,” you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: The Contest is open to all participants, including crew, brokers, captains, and owners, who wish to enter the contest and fill in the required form.
Prize: The winner of the Contest will receive four nights of free dockage at Palapa Marina – St Maarten during the 2025/2026 Caribbean Season The prize is redeemable between December 2024 and March 2025, subject to availability. The winner must book the dockage at least two weeks in advance of the desired dates.
Redemption and Restrictions: The prize is exclusively redeemable by the selected winner and is non-transferable. It cannot be extended to other seasons or transferred to another individual. The prize must be used during the upcoming season (December 2025 – March 2026
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected on December 9, 2024, through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the contest entry form. If the selected winner fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, another winner may be chosen.

Meet our Team. Both Valeska Luckert and Kurt Luckert the Owners/Directors of Palapa Marina – St Maarten will be present at the show and will be available to assist you with any question of the destination and or securing your berth at Palapa Marina for the upcoming Season.
