Welcome to Palapa Marina, where we take pride in providing a premier docking experience for vessels ranging from 65 feet to 250 feet with drafts of up to 17 feet. As you approach our stern to marina, please be aware that you will need to navigate through the Simpson Bay bridge. The bridge attendant can be contacted on VHF channel 12, and a courtesy call is appreciated. Once you’ve passed through the bridge, please continue towards to port. Our Dockmaster reachable on VHF 68 will guide you to the berth.

Arriving to Palapa Marina
Our Dockmaster will me monitoring VHF 68 and will meet the vessel outside to guide them through the bridge and into the berth at Palapa Marina.
Upon arrival: at Palapa Marina, we kindly ask vessels to drop starboard anchor and port side anchor when possible. Additionally, the vessel can be secure on our moorings for both port and starboard side.
Prior to Departure: the office must receive update on departure date and time so that we can coordinate everything for a smooth departure. The dock master will be standing by in the tender to release your mooring lines and assist with departure.

Our Services
Palapa Marina offers a comprehensive range of services to ensure your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. Whether you require fuel at a competitive rate, day workers, or even permanent crew do not hesitate to pass by the office. The professional staff at the Marina office is prepared to help you with any concierge services, questions, or requests you may have.
SECURITY GATE
For the privacy of our clients, we have a entrance to the marina via a security gate. Upon your arrival, you will recieve your personal security code that is activated for the duration of your stay Palapa Marina provides 24 hour security and cameras for the comfort of your stay.
INTERNET SERVICE
Purchase internet access available online or at the marina office. We offer two packages; daily at $18/day or weekly at $100/week. $280/month Please connect via your main router station so that your system is able to distribute the signal throughout the yacht. DISPOSAL
GARBAGE – Please place your garbage in the Garbage disposal area, located next to the security booth at the main entrance to the marina.
OIL DISPOSAL – Oil Disposal and other hazardous liquids and items are to be handled via the Marina Office for proper disposal protocol and billing purposes
PALAPA MARINA PARKING
PARKING – Your welcome to use the Palapa Marina parking yard for your rental cars. Please note during large fuel bunkering we clear the parking to make sure no-one is stuck inside while the fueling is taking place.

DIVER
For the safety of all vessels and to assure a smooth departure, it is recommended that you use the services of our designated marina diver to either lift or check your anchor prior to departure. Diver is to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance at the marina office.
Please note that each departing vessel is responsible for their anchor lift, this allows for a simple and fair structure.
Only once the diver is finished and safely out of the way can the vessel proceed with departure. No running engine while diver is working under water.
